Arc Maps
This application may be used to create customised maps using 250 social-economic indicators describing the Latin Mediterranean Arc.
To make a map, select a field and a theme to view a list of available indicators. The geographic level may be selected for some indicators (province, region, some towns).
A second analysis (e.g. number and rate) may be superimposed over a first analysis, providing that the two are mutually compatible.
It is finally possible to complete the map with reference information (from the “Geo Info” panel). When the map is complete, you can print it, export it and store the employed data in an Excel file.
Furthermore, your can run searches on each of the indicators by selecting only some values (e.g.: towns with more than 50 000 inhabitants). Other functions include geographic selections (using the “Geo Info” panel) and zooming into a space using the window in the top right.
