- To create an East/West intermodal transportation network:-to complete the MLA high speed line - to develop combined road-sea and road-rail transport.
- To integrate environmental protection, resource management and fighting pollution in a perspective of sustainable development.
- To control the exploitation of space and environmental impact despite the pressure of tourism and building.
- To develop an exchange and good practice network focusing on suitable development between MLA operators and areas.
